RapidScale Managed Detection and Response (MDR) is a managed security service powered by Proficio that provides continuous threat monitoring, detection, and remediation across endpoint, network, cloud, and on-premises environments. The service operates a 24/7/365 Security Operations Center (SOC) and ingests log and API event data via SIEM, SOAR, and Threat Intelligence (TI) integrations. Customer log data is retained in a private SOC collector for 12 months. Threat detection leverages machine learning (ML) for alert enrichment, behavioral analysis, and anomaly detection, alongside proactive threat hunting and live human analysis of complex threats. Every incident is investigated by security professionals using the MITRE ATT&CK framework to guide response. Remediation capabilities include automated incident triage, rapid containment, collaborative response with security experts, threat neutralization, root cause analysis, and forensic investigation. The platform covers monitoring of both on-premises and cloud environments, providing broad visibility across an organization's IT infrastructure.
