The service performs comprehensive discovery and mapping of cloud resources, services, and network topology. It analyzes IAM policies, access keys, roles, and permissions to identify over-privileged accounts and security gaps. The assessment scans for exposed databases, unencrypted storage, public buckets, and other data security vulnerabilities. The service includes threat simulations that test privilege escalation attacks, denial of service scenarios, and lateral movement to evaluate security controls. Findings are mapped to compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS with detailed gap analysis. The assessment checks for specific vulnerabilities including S3/GCS bucket exposure, database leaks, over-permissioned roles, weak IAM policies, insecure instances, patch management issues, VPC misconfigurations, and exposed APIs. Results are delivered within one week according to the service offering.
