Zentera CoIP Platform is a Zero Trust security solution that provides secure access, connectivity, and microsegmentation across distributed environments. The platform operates through a proprietary overlay network architecture that authenticates users, endpoints, and applications using corporate identity providers, certificates, and device fingerprints. The platform consists of multiple components: zCenter CoIP Controller for centralized policy orchestration and management, ZNS Virtual Switch for bridging WAN connections, zLink CoIP Endpoint Proxy as an agent for endpoints, CoIP Gateway Proxy for agentless access, Zero Trust Gatekeeper hardware appliance for inline protection of critical assets, and CoIP Launcher for agentless user access. CoIP Platform creates application-specific encrypted tunnels (AppLinks) that are dynamically established based on policy-approved traffic. The platform supports Virtual Chambers for microsegmentation, enabling filtering of east-west and north-south traffic while cloaking protected endpoints. Access policies are defined using whitelists, creating security by default with a single global policy database. It provides visibility into user, endpoint, and application behavior with logging capabilities. File Transfer Manager functionality enables secure file transfers across distributed networks with audit trails and approval workflows.
