HyperSOC

HyperSOC is a managed Security Operations Center (SOC) service provided by HWG Sababa that delivers 24/7 threat monitoring, detection, and response capabilities across IT, OT, IoT, cloud, and hybrid environments. The service is built around Pulse, a proprietary platform aligned with MITRE ATT&CK and NIST frameworks that provides real-time visibility, orchestration, and integration with existing security technologies. The platform offers modular SOC-as-a-Service capabilities including continuous monitoring with advanced detection logic, AI-based automation, and a customer portal called CARES for visibility. HyperSOC incorporates hyperautomation using AI, machine learning, and workflow orchestration to reduce alert fatigue by enriching, correlating, and prioritizing security alerts from the first signal. The service includes cyber risk and compliance monitoring that collects telemetry from multiple environments to identify vulnerabilities, attack paths, anomalies, and governance gaps. Advisory services help organizations align security strategies with business objectives and regulatory requirements such as NIS2, DORA, and CRA. HyperSOC provides crisis management capabilities including incident response procedures, stakeholder training, and coordinated response when threats escalate to incidents. The platform integrates threat intelligence and continuous threat validation through proactive threat hunting and attack simulations to enhance detection capabilities and operational readiness.
