It is offered as a fully managed service, with an expert team operating the platform on behalf of customers. The platform is available in three tiers: - Start (£4/user): Vulnerability scanning on websites and external assets, weekly reporting, fully managed. - Growth (£8/user): Adds internal asset vulnerability scanning, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), continuous threat detection, and advanced anti-ransomware. - Pro (£12/user): Adds Extended Detection & Response (XDR), advanced email security including anti-phishing, ransomware-protected backup for Microsoft 365, threat intelligence reporting, and dashboard access. Core capabilities include a unified dashboard providing visibility into internal and external threats, 24/7 threat detection with prioritised alerts, and reporting delivered in plain English. The platform is built around the Cyber Essentials framework to support compliance and accreditation. Underlying technologies are sourced from Acronis, Microsoft, Tenable, Cisco, and Palo Alto Networks. Each user licence covers up to two devices; servers and additional endpoints are priced separately.
