VaultysID

VaultysID is a passwordless authentication solution that provides users with a self-sovereign digital identity stored in a personal wallet. The system uses QR code scanning combined with biometric validation or passkey authentication to enable access without traditional passwords. The solution implements a decentralized architecture using distributed cryptographic keys and individual PKI certificates for identity validation. Authentication occurs through cryptographic exchange rather than database lookups, which eliminates risks associated with credential theft and identity spoofing. VaultysID functions as a digital identity wallet where users maintain complete control over their identity data. The identity information is stored locally on the user's device rather than in centralized databases. Users can register their digital identities on mobile devices using PassKey technology, FIDO2-compliant smart cards or keys, and other compatible devices. The authentication process involves scanning a secure access QR code, validating the terminal through biometric or passkey verification, performing cryptographic exchange via unique PKI certificate, and granting access without passwords.
