Authentication options include two-factor authentication through passkeys, trusted devices, hardware security keys, email, SMS, and TOTP authenticator apps. The product supports secure sharing of passwords and confidential information with granular permission controls. For business users, RoboForm provides a Security Dashboard with real-time insights into password health and security compliance across employees, groups, and the organization. This includes compromised password scanning and continuous breach monitoring. Access control features enable administrators to manage sharing permissions across organizational structures. The product includes activity logs and compliance-ready reports for audit purposes. Additional security features include phishing protection, automatic clipboard clearing, and emergency access options for trusted contacts. RoboForm is available as browser extensions for Chrome and Edge, mobile apps for iOS and Android, and desktop applications.
