PreVeil Drive

PreVeil Drive is an encrypted cloud file storage and sharing platform designed for regulated industries. It uses end-to-end encryption to ensure that only authorized users can access stored data — including protection against server-level, admin-level, and password-based compromises. Even PreVeil itself cannot access user data. Files can be accessed from Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, as well as directly from a web browser without installation. The platform integrates with native OS file interfaces (Windows File Explorer and Mac Finder) and syncs changes across devices automatically. Users can choose between local sync for offline access or cloud-only storage. PreVeil Drive supports granular access controls, allowing users to set view, edit, or comment permissions on shared files and folders. Access can be revoked at any time, and expiration dates can be set on shared links. Files up to 2GB can be transferred. The product includes built-in end-to-end encrypted email, allowing users to send and receive secure messages using their existing email addresses. Cryptographic logging and e-discovery capabilities are built in to support audit and legal retention requirements. All data is stored on AWS GovCloud (U.S.) infrastructure. The platform meets FedRAMP Moderate Equivalent standards and uses FIPS 140-3 validated encryption. It is designed to support compliance with CMMC, NIST 800-171, ITAR, DFARS, HIPAA, PCI, FERPA, and CJIS requirements. PreVeil Drive is used across defense, healthcare, legal, education, tax/accounting, and other regulated sectors. Free accounts are available for individual users and third-party collaborators.
