Outkept Multi-tenant Platform

Outkept's multi-tenant platform is designed for managed service providers (MSPs) delivering security awareness and phishing simulation services to multiple clients. It allows MSPs to create, configure, and manage an unlimited number of client tenants from a single dashboard, eliminating the need to log in and out of separate platforms for each client. The platform enforces per-tenant data isolation and branding, so each client sees their own logos, colors, and data while remaining strictly separated from other tenants. Role-based access control allows MSPs to assign fine-grained permissions to analysts, account managers, and client admins based on their required level of access. A consolidated reporting view rolls up performance metrics across all client tenants, enabling MSPs to benchmark clients, demonstrate ROI, and identify accounts that require additional attention. The tenant overview screen shows live status across all client accounts, supports one-click context switching between tenants, and allows campaigns to be pushed to a single tenant, a group of tenants, or the full client base. Per-tenant alerts notify MSPs when a client account needs attention.
