Fallax MSP

Fallax MSP is a multi-tenant version of the Fallax security awareness training and phishing simulation platform, built for managed service providers that support multiple clients. Each client is provisioned as a separate workspace connected to their own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 tenant through a single admin-approved scope. Simulated phishing mail is injected directly into mailboxes without requiring gateway rules, connectors or endpoint agents. Within each workspace, the platform runs an automated phishing simulation programme with a randomised cadence per recipient, delivering training to users immediately when they click a simulated message. Results and evidence exports (CSV and PDF, mapped to audit clauses) are generated per client and can sync continuously to connected compliance platforms. MSPs access all client workspaces from a single login and switch between them from a sidebar. Billing is consolidated into one monthly invoice, with seats counted across the entire book of clients and priced on a graduated per-seat ladder. Each client workspace receives the first 10 seats free. Admins and members within a workspace are unlimited and free, allowing MSPs to grant clients visibility into their own reporting and evidence. Workspace ownership can be transferred to the client if they leave the MSP relationship.
