Each client is assigned a dedicated security consultant who provides personalized guidance and strategic oversight, with a default allocation of 8 hours per month (adjustable based on client needs). The consultant bridges automated tooling and human expertise to help organizations improve their security posture over time. Incident Response is a core component, structured around three phases: - Protect: Infrastructure assessment, vulnerability identification, and tailored incident response planning during onboarding. - Detect: Forensic tool deployment, evidence capture, scope assessment, and reporting to leadership. - Respond: Containment, crisis management, system recovery, and post-incident reporting to support regulatory compliance.
