Emails that fall below that confidence threshold are forwarded to a team of analysts for manual investigation and classification. The service covers a range of email threats including spear phishing, business email compromise (BEC), impersonation attacks, and malicious URLs and attachments. Additional features include continuous mailbox behavioral analysis, dynamic email alert banners, a "Report Phishing" button for end users, and automated phishing simulation testing.
