archTIS Kojensi

Kojensi is an accredited multi-level security (MLS) classified file sharing and document collaboration platform designed for defence, military, intelligence, and government organisations. It is built on a data-centric, zero trust security model using attribute-based access control (ABAC), where a file's attributes — such as security classification, organisation, and country reliability — determine who can access, edit, or download it. The platform is available in three deployment options: - Kojensi SaaS: Hosted in an ASD-certified PROTECTED cloud environment - Kojensi Enterprise: Deployed on-premises or in a private cloud, supporting classification up to TOP SECRET - Kojensi Field: Deployable on ruggedised equipment for military, government, and emergency field operations Key capabilities include compartmentalised workspaces (Communities of Interest), secure co-authoring of documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in real-time, and an in-app Secure Document Viewer that enforces read-only access with optional digital watermarking. Files up to 5GB are supported across multiple formats including documents, images, CAD drawings, and videos. Access controls are distributed — there are no super users — and each user manages permissions for their own files. The platform supports Five Eyes security classifications and mappings out of the box. It assists with compliance for regulations including DISP, PSPF, ISM, and ITAR, and includes export control compartments with extended auditing. SSO and MFA are supported. A full audit trail and version control are built in.
