Secude HaloCONNECT

HaloCONNECT is a secure file collaboration platform developed jointly by Secude and Gold Comet, designed for sharing and tracking sensitive files such as CAD drawings across supply chain and partner ecosystems. The platform provides secure cloud storage where users can upload files, including HaloCAD-protected and unprotected CAD files, using drag-and-drop, then share them with external collaborators through a centralized environment. Access to files is controlled through granular, attribute-based permissions that factor in user role, department, time frame, device, and geographic location. A built-in Web Viewer allows collaborators to view, rotate, zoom, and measure file types such as 2D/3D CAD images, MS Office files, and PDFs without downloading decryption software. HaloCONNECT logs and monitors data access activity, recording user and file actions with timestamps, and generates automated alerts for anomalous behavior such as large downloads outside business hours. This supports incident detection and investigation. The product is built on Zero Trust principles and uses 256-bit object-level encryption described as quantum secure, multi-factor authentication, and whitelisting. Data is stored, shared, and messaged entirely within the HaloCONNECT Secure Cloud, hosted in a FISMA high-rated US-based facility that aligns with standards including NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, CMMC, SOC 2 Type II, SOC 3, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, HITRUST, and ISO 27001/50001/14001/9001/22301. It supports CAD file formats from Autodesk, Dassault, Siemens, and PTC, and is positioned to help organizations, particularly Defense contractors, meet CMMC Level 2 compliance requirements for protecting Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
