Redflags

Redflags provides a set of product packages (Redflags, Redflags Studio, Redflags Enterprise) for delivering security awareness and behaviour change campaigns to employees. The platform delivers prebuilt behaviour change campaigns and "nudges" intended to influence employee security behaviour, with content updated on a regular basis. Depending on the package, organizations get access to varying levels of content customisation: from limited customisation using prebuilt campaigns, to full bespoke content creation through "Redflags Studio", to a fully managed enterprise offering with dedicated account management, multi-language support and group segmentation. Customers can access a reporting portal called "Insights" to review campaign engagement and results, with higher tiers offering quarterly analysis packs and meta data reports. Branding options range from basic (colours, logos) to full branding (colours, fonts, logos), and campaigns can be tailored to different groups within an organization at the higher tiers. Support options include a knowledge base with ticketed support, and at higher tiers dedicated account managers who assist with campaign scheduling, content building, and management, along with monthly planning calls.
