SENELA Platform

SENELA is a security awareness platform that combines phishing simulation with microlearning training for employees, targeted primarily at organizations in the Netherlands. The platform runs a phishing simulation engine that lets administrators launch campaigns using a library of templates, including Dutch-language templates mimicking senders such as DigiD, Belastingdienst, Tikkie, PostNL/DHL, banks, and Microsoft 365, plus over 300 international and sector-specific templates. Campaigns can be segmented by department, risk profile, or custom audience, with automated scheduling, escalation workflows, and real-time dashboards. A training/academy engine delivers interactive micro-learning modules of 5-10 minutes with quizzes, assessments, content authoring, gamification (badges, levels, leaderboards), progress tracking, and certificates. Assignment rules can automatically enroll users in additional training based on phishing simulation results, creating an adaptive training pathway based on user risk behavior. Reporting is consolidated into a single dashboard covering phishing and learning metrics, with exportable CSV/PDF reports intended for board-level and audit reporting. The platform maps its reporting to NIS2 articles, ISO 27001 Annex A controls, and standard customer security questionnaires (SIG, VSA), and can map to NEN 7510, BIO2, and DORA on request. Data is hosted with encryption in transit and at rest, with data residency options, role-based access, and audit logs. The company states compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2. Integration with identity and orchestration systems is supported via SSO, APIs, and webhooks.
