RapidScale Secure SD-WAN is a managed SD-WAN service powered by Fortinet technology that converges networking and security capabilities into a single solution. It is designed for organizations seeking to expand and secure their wide area network while addressing modern networking challenges across multi-branch environments. The solution includes built-in security features such as Firewall as a Service (FWaaS), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA). It supports protection against data loss, downtime, regulatory violations, and threat incursions. On the networking side, it provides full BGP/OSPF routing protocol support, application-aware routing, packet loss remediation via Forward Error Correction (FEC), intelligent link monitoring and failover, and optional Unified Threat Management (UTM). Advanced circuit monitoring is included, with performance SLA-link monitoring capable of escalating third-party circuit issues.
