Usage analytics features allow organizations to identify which data objects or permissions are unused, rank data objects by usage frequency, and detect over-privileged users who hold permissions they do not actively use. This supports least privilege access management. A dashboard tracks key metrics such as the number of active users, data objects, and access controls in use, providing a health overview of the data access environment. The actionable insights component includes an Access Risk Heat-map that categorizes users by their access and usage patterns to surface those with excessive privileges. The product also surfaces unused access controls and provides per-access-control risk details along with recommended remediation steps, enabling organizations to revoke or limit unnecessary access.
