OWN's Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Platform is a managed threat intelligence service operated by OWN-CERT analysts. It provides sector-specific threat intelligence through two primary consumption modes: on-demand (via Request for Intelligence tokens) and managed (via a continuous monitoring platform). **Sector-Specific Intelligence:** Reports are tailored to specific industry verticals including banking/finance, healthcare, defense, maritime, telecoms, public sector, and others. Each report covers threats, attack campaigns, threat actors, TTPs, and malware relevant to the client's sector. **Threat Intelligence Platform (OpenCTI):** Alerts, reports, and monitored assets are delivered through OpenCTI, providing dashboards, digests, and alert management. Intelligence is delivered in multiple formats: PDF reports, STIX v2.1 JSON bundles, and spreadsheets. **Exposure Monitoring:** Surveillance of client asset exposure, data leak detection, credential leak detection, and brand protection. Detected assets and alerts are modeled within the platform. **Request for Intelligence (RFI) Tokens:** A token-based system allowing clients to submit on-demand intelligence requests to OWN-CERT analysts at their own pace, with priority response and legally admissible reports (sourced, timestamped, hashed). **DORA Compliance Support:** For financial entities subject to DORA regulation, OWN provides Threat-Led Penetration Testing (TLPT) support including passive external reconnaissance and Targeted Threat Intelligence Reports. **ISO 27002 Compliance:** Intelligence activities are structured to support compliance with ISO 27002 (2022) requirements for threat monitoring, information collection, and emerging threat analysis.
