NoSpamProxy Protection

NoSpamProxy Protection is an email security gateway that filters incoming email for spam, phishing, ransomware, malware and spyware before it reaches the recipient's inbox. Instead of routing suspicious messages into a quarantine folder, the product rejects emails classified as spam or dangerous at the gateway and returns an undeliverability message to the sender, avoiding the legal and operational risks associated with quarantine folders under German law. The product uses a feature called Level of Trust, which builds reputation scores for senders and recipients based on communication history and message characteristics to reduce false positives. It integrates with 32Guards, an AI-based service operated by the vendor that analyzes email metadata, attachment metadata and URLs across a large dataset of emails to identify spam, phishing and malware trends in near real time. NoSpamProxy Protection can be deployed on-premises or in the cloud and is positioned as an addition to Microsoft 365 mail security, working alongside other NoSpamProxy modules for email encryption, large file transfer and email disclaimers. The product is developed in Germany and is designed to comply with German legal requirements including §206 StGB and the Telecommunications Act, as well as GDPR.
