Hucency RTSA

RTSA (Real-Time Situational Awareness) is a feature of the Hucency platform that delivers contextual, real-time messages to employees at the moment they are about to perform a risky action on their workstation. Administrators configure trigger events (such as a suspicious download, releasing an email from quarantine, accessing a risky website, a sensitive action in an application, unusual behavior in an internal tool, or connecting to a public network) and select a delivery channel (internal chat such as Teams or Slack, browser notification, Windows message, SMS, email, or ticketing tool). For each trigger, admins define the message type shown to users (advice, best practice, warning, immediate help) and the information shown to administrators (statistics, alerts, recommendations, configuration suggestions). When a configured event is detected, RTSA displays a short, explanatory message at the point of risk to help the user understand the consequence of the action and make a clearer decision. Activity is tracked and reported through the Hucency awareness platform, allowing IT and security teams to monitor interventions and reduce human-factor incidents.
