Elemental ESP

Elemental Security Platform (ESP) is an enterprise software platform that automates the deployment, monitoring, adjustment, and enforcement of security policies across endpoint systems. It maps regulatory and industry compliance mandates (such as NIST, CIS, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOX, FISMA, GLBA, HITRUST) to technical IT security controls that can be deployed on endpoints across an organization's network. Elemental Agents installed on endpoints continuously collect data on operating system configuration, network properties, application settings, installed software, running processes, user accounts, and network traffic. This data is used to profile hosts, place them into dynamic policy target groups, and assess security posture and attack surface. The platform also performs passive discovery and classification of unmanaged or unauthorized devices on the network, allowing administrators to identify rogue devices and restrict their network access. ESP includes a library of security controls and pre-defined, editable policy templates covering OS and application security baselines and various regulatory frameworks. It supports self-adapting policies that update automatically in response to changes in system or network security posture. Reporting capabilities include executive dashboards, compliance and risk history views, network traffic activity reports, and trouble ticket administration, intended to support both technical staff and security executives.
