Echoworx Branding as a Service is a white-labeling and customization layer built on top of the Echoworx email encryption platform. It allows organizations to apply their own brand identity across all secure email communications, recipient portals, and automated notifications. Key capabilities include: Visual Customization: Organizations can configure logos, color schemes, custom text, and graphics. CSS and HTML customization is supported for deeper control over buttons, encryption portals, notifications, and help centers. Branded Pickup Portals: Recipient-facing portals are fully customizable to match the organization's digital properties. Portals are mobile-optimized and can be served from vanity domains to maintain brand consistency and reduce phishing concerns. Authenticator App Branding: A dedicated property allows organizations to set custom display names within authenticator apps, replacing generic labels with their company name. Rich Text Communication: A rich text compose and reply editor supports modern fonts and clipboard functionality for creating polished secure messages. Multi-Language Support: The platform supports 28 languages including English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Arabic-script languages, and others. Language selection can be automated based on sender/recipient attributes or set manually by recipients. Localized Templates: Branded templates can be customized per region and language, with rule-based application based on sender, recipient, or policy attributes. Automated Notifications: Centralized configuration of notifications such as verifications, terms of service, and support guidance, applied via rule-based template logic. Accessibility: The customer-facing encryption portal meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards. Certifications: FSQS, AWS Qualified Software, PCI-DSS, SOC, and additional security assurance programs.
