Bitcrack Managed SOC & SIEM

Managed SOC & SIEM is a managed security service from Bitcrack Cyber Security providing 24/7 monitoring, detection and response through a staffed security operations centre. The service is built on a customer's existing security tooling where feasible, with replacement of tooling where it is inadequate. It is structured as four component services that can be scoped individually or combined: - Continuous Threat Monitoring: always-on surveillance across endpoints, identity, network and cloud, with alerts reviewed by an analyst before escalation. - Proactive Threat Hunting: hypothesis-led hunting against customer telemetry, informed by current threat intelligence and gaps in MITRE ATT&CK coverage, to identify activity that did not trigger an alert. - SIEM Deployment & Tuning: design, deployment and ongoing tuning of a SIEM platform, including log source onboarding, detection engineering and alert noise reduction. - Compliance-Aligned Reporting: monthly service reporting and board-level reports mapped to PCI DSS, ISO 27001, POPIA and NIST CSF to support audit evidence requirements. The service is positioned for organizations lacking round-the-clock internal monitoring capacity, unmanaged or untuned EDR deployments, high alert volumes that go unreviewed, and audit requirements for evidence of continuous monitoring.
