AccelOps Cloud

AccelOps Cloud is a cloud-hosted SIEM-as-a-Service offering delivered on the Amazon Web Services platform. It provides real-time, cross-correlated NOC and SOC analytics, threat detection and alerting, and compliance management and reporting without requiring customers to maintain on-premises hardware or manage SIEM software upgrades. The service is offered in three tiers: - SIEMaaS Basic: a self-service cloud-hosted option where the organization performs its own setup, build-out, and ongoing maintenance - SIEMaaS Plus: includes portal setup and configuration, alert matrix and alarming rule-sets, incident notification policies, third-party ticketing integration, and customized dashboard reports - SIEMaaS Pro: a fully managed, turnkey solution including customized rule-sets, ongoing rule tuning and false-positive reduction, enhanced compliance reports, synthetic transaction support, and compliance audit/exam support Additional capabilities across tiers include data and system backups, automatic system upgrades, default rule and report sets, role-based access control, automatic threat feeds, license and storage usage monitoring, and third-party ticketing system integration.
