UserLock is an identity and access management (IAM) solution designed for on-premises and hybrid Active Directory environments. - Deploy granular multi-factor authentication across Windows login, Remote Desktop (RDP, RD Gateway, RemoteApp), IIS applications (OWA, RDWeb, SharePoint), VPN access, SaaS apps, and Windows UAC prompts. Fully functional in air-gapped networks and supports offline (no internet) and off-domain (off-LAN) scenarios. - Enable single sign-on (SSO) to extend on-prem authentication to cloud services including Microsoft 365 and other SaaS apps following the successful on-premises Active Directory logon. - Set context-based access controls to limit access without disrupting users. Configure policies based on your existing Active Directory users, groups, and organizational units (OUs), with contextual policies that consider machine, location, IP address, time restrictions, session types, and concurrent session and logon limits. - Get real-time session management across all on-prem and SaaS access, allowing IT to monitor active sessions, set up alerts, and take immediate action to block or restrict sessions from the console. - Audit and report on all user logon/logoff activity (including denied or failed attempts), MFA events, administrator actions, and UAC prompt requests to support compliance requirements and forensic investigations. UserLock integrates directly with Active Directory and synchronizes continuously with it. Version 13.0 includes support for Spanish and Japanese languages in addition to English and French.
