Red Trident Train is a portfolio of OT (Operational Technology) cybersecurity training services designed for organizations operating ICS (Industrial Control Systems), SCADA, and process control environments. The training services are structured around three focus areas: awareness, skills development, and organizational readiness. Programs are available in both online and in-person formats and can be customized to specific departments, roles, or company environments. Training offerings include: - Readiness Awareness & Pre-Program Planning: Guides management, executives, and business continuity planners through the creation of a cybersecurity program using a risk management approach. - ICS Cybersecurity General Training: Covers cybersecurity awareness, relevant standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82), and includes tabletop and live-fire exercises simulating the full threat lifecycle from prevention to detection and response. - Prevention & Detection Training: Focuses on building preventative architectures, blue team preparedness, incident response readiness, and forensic practices within ICS/OT environments.
