Meeco Vault Description
Meeco Vault is a secure data storage product built on Zero Knowledge Value (ZKV) architecture, designed to store and share personal data with end-to-end encryption. It is intended for organisations building customer-facing applications that require privacy-preserving data management, such as mobile banking and eCommerce platforms. The Vault assigns a Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) to each data value, which helps prevent correlation when data is exchanged between parties. Vault owners retain control of their own unique encryption keys, ensuring that no party other than the owner can access the stored data without explicit delegation. The product supports delegation of access, allowing vault owners to grant full or read-only access to trusted third parties. Stored items can be requested and exchanged securely using plaintext metadata as the exchange mechanism. Meeco holds ISO 27001 accreditation and is a MyData Operator award recipient. The Vault is designed to assist organisations in meeting GDPR compliance requirements. It can be deployed as a fully hosted cloud service or installed on public or private cloud infrastructure. The product can be integrated into existing applications via an API or SDK, and is designed to work alongside Meeco's Wallet and Verifiable Credentials service. A sandbox environment is available for trials and proofs of concept, with implementation support offered for broader rollouts.
