The platform provides four specialized AI agents: Auditor – Collects identity and permission data, highlights unused or excessive access, and generates explainable recommendations for user access reviews. It can execute access changes according to defined policies. Keeper – Evaluates access‑request tickets against context, policy, and historical patterns, automatically approving routine requests and granting time‑bound (just‑in‑time) access where appropriate. Operator – Manages lifecycle events (joiner, mover, leaver) by validating policy compliance, provisioning or adjusting access, and recording an audit trail for each change. Fixer – Continuously monitors for privilege creep, applies just‑enough and just‑in‑time access controls, and reduces unnecessary permissions based on custom policies expressed in natural language. Decisions made by the agents are policy‑driven, auditable, and supported by data from the identity knowledge graph. The system can be queried in plain language via a “Copilot” interface, returning real‑time identity insights and allowing direct control of access across the enterprise environment.
