Shadow ONE Recovery Servers is a hybrid virtual host server-based backup and disaster recovery (BDR) solution offered by Data-Tech. It is designed to store offline virtual images of servers and data, enabling near-instant recovery in the event of a failure or outage. The solution consists of two core components: - Shadow ONE Recovery Servers: Hybrid virtual host servers that store offline virtual images for rapid recovery. - Shadow Safe Software: Continuously backs up servers and data to Shadow ONE Servers, and replicates images to the Shadow ONE Recovery Zone for instant server recovery. Data is replicated to geographically redundant locations, including an in-house data center and private cloud infrastructure. Backups are automated and can be scheduled outside of business hours. Recovery can be initiated in as little as 15 minutes. The solution is available in configurations for both small business and enterprise environments. It is delivered as a Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) model, leveraging cloud resources to back up applications and data and minimize downtime during a disaster. Weekly reporting is provided, and backups are audited. Support is provided by Data-Tech's CyberCat Engineers team. The solution is designed to complement business continuity planning, allowing organizations to boot a fully functional copy of their network during an outage.
