CyberSmart Learn is a learning management system (LMS) designed for businesses and managed service providers (MSPs) to deliver cybersecurity awareness training to employees and customers. The platform provides a library of 70+ pre-built courses covering common cyber threats, as well as modules for data protection and HR. Organisations can customise training assignments per employee, upload their own content, and import third-party courses via SCORM files. White-labelling is supported, allowing login pages, course selection pages, certificates, and email templates to be branded accordingly. Training is accessible via web browser or mobile device, and can also be accessed through CyberSmart Active Protect. CyberSmart Phish is included within the platform, enabling organisations to run phishing simulations using 70+ customisable email templates, direct employees who fail simulations to educational landing pages, and track behavioural insights such as repeat offenders. Phishing campaigns can be scheduled flexibly. Reporting and analytics tools provide real-time visibility into training progress, compliance status, security risk levels, and phishing simulation results across the organisation or MSP customer network. Setup requires only login credentials for employees to begin training. Single sign-on (SSO) is supported via Microsoft, Google, and Okta. The platform scales from small businesses to large enterprises and MSP networks.
