It provides coverage limits of up to $5 million and activates once primary policy limits are exhausted. The product follows a follow-form policy structure, meaning it aligns directly with the terms and conditions of the underlying primary cyber insurance policy. This approach reduces complexity for brokers and their clients during the underwriting and claims processes. Prime Plus is available to a broad range of industries, including warehouse and storage, trucking and transportation, farming and agriculture, construction, allied health and professional services, regional banks and investment firms, arts, recreation and entertainment, mining, oil and gas, waste management, and forestry. Eligibility is subject to underwriting review, including assessment of security controls and loss experience. Excluded business classes include cryptocurrency, cannabis, online trading, online gambling, social networks, crowdfunding, politically affiliated organizations, adult websites, and data aggregators. All Prime Plus policyholders receive access to Cowbell's continuous risk assessment framework and its Resiliency Services, which are intended to support organizations before, during, and after a cyber event. These services are described as covering prevention, response, and recovery phases.
