SSFN Managed Service is a managed network gateway solution provided by InfoGuard for connecting to the Secure Swiss Finance Network (SSFN), which replaces the Finance IPNet for the Swiss financial sector. The service is based on SCION technology developed by ETH Zurich and commercialized by Anapaya Systems. The solution provides managed connectivity between customer networks and SCION SSFN network providers including Swisscom, Sunrise, and Cyberlink. The service architecture consists of a hardware switch from Extreme Networks with a virtual machine running the Anapaya SCION Router Engine, functioning as the SSFN Network Gateway. InfoGuard operates the service from its ISO 27001-certified Operation Center in Baar, Switzerland. The company is an official SSFN Managed Security Service Provider approved by SIX and serves as Anapaya's official partner for SCION networks. The service is offered in two configurations: Single Edge 100 Mbps and Redundant Edge 100 Mbps. Pricing includes one-time service initialization costs and annual managed service fees. The solution is designed for financial institutions transitioning from Finance IPNet to SSFN, handling operational and security aspects of the network connection.
