Tripwire IP360

Tripwire IP360 is a vulnerability management solution that provides visibility into network assets across on-premises, cloud, and container environments. It discovers and profiles devices, operating systems, applications, and associated vulnerabilities using both agentless and agent-based scanning methods. The product scores and prioritizes vulnerabilities numerically based on factors including the age of the vulnerability, the skill level required to exploit it, and the consequences of a successful exploit. It uses fingerprinting technology to limit scans to relevant device and application types, aiming to reduce scan impact on systems and networks. Tripwire IP360 offers centralized management through a user interface and provides open APIs for integration with help desk, asset management, and SIEM systems. It is also available as a managed service called Tripwire ExpertOps, which includes consulting support from Tripwire engineers alongside cloud-based infrastructure. The solution integrates with other Tripwire products, including Tripwire Enterprise, which combines security configuration management and file integrity monitoring for change control and compliance automation.
