SquareX Clipboard DLP is an in-browser data loss prevention capability that monitors clipboard copy and paste activity in real time to enforce enterprise data policies. It is designed to address gaps left by traditional network DLP solutions, which lack visibility into browser-level user activity and can be evaded by applications operating outside monitored network paths. The product uses a policy generating copilot that allows administrators to create clipboard policies through natural language prompts, such as blocking copy into or paste from AI applications like ChatGPT.
