Smartlockr Secure File Sharing is a data protection solution that enables organizations to securely share large files up to 5TB through email. The platform integrates with existing email workflows and provides zero-knowledge end-to-end encryption for file transfers. Files are sent as encrypted attachments and recipients access them within a secure environment. The platform offers three primary methods for file exchange: sending files as encrypted email attachments, requesting file uploads from external parties, and deploying upload portals on organizational websites. Users can block incorrectly sent files after transmission and maintain visibility of all sent files through their email sent items. Two-factor authentication is available for additional security when sharing files with external parties.
