Rublon Logs is a feature set within the Rublon Admin Console that provides visibility into user and administrator activities across an organization. It consists of three distinct log types: **Audit Logs** Records all administrative actions taken within the organization, including changes to settings, user management actions, and policy creation or modification. Audit Logs track who made a change, what change was made, and when it was made. This data is accessible via the Rublon Admin Console and can be exported to CSV. **Phone Logs** Captures events related to phone-based authentication methods. Logged data includes time of authentication, phone number, username, application name, enrollment or authentication type, authentication method used, status, and number of Phone Credits consumed. Logs can be filtered by application name, username, phone number, and other fields, and exported to CSV. **Authentication Logs** Provides a view of how and where users authenticate into protected applications. Logged data includes username, time of authentication, location, and authentication method used. Logs can be filtered by time, result, method, or via a free-text search box, and exported to CSV. All log types are accessed through the Rublon Admin Console and support CSV export for further analysis. The logs are intended to support incident investigation, pattern identification, accountability, and security policy decisions.
