My1Login Single Sign-On (SSO) is an Identity as a Service (IDaaS) solution that provides centralized authentication for web and Windows desktop applications in enterprise environments. The product integrates with existing corporate directories (such as Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID) to synchronize user accounts and automate provisioning and de-provisioning. Once a user authenticates with the corporate directory, they are automatically granted access to all connected applications without further manual login — referred to as a "Zero Login" experience. SSO is supported via SAML and OpenID Connect protocols for compatible applications, as well as credential-based injection for applications that use traditional username/password authentication. Application passwords can be hidden from end-users, reducing phishing risk while still enabling seamless access. Password policies can be enforced on a per-application basis. The platform supports Windows desktop applications including Remote Desktop Programs, Citrix, and Mainframe Emulators. Users with multiple accounts for a single application can switch between identities directly from the application sign-in page without entering credentials manually. Administrators can configure which applications are integrated with SSO. The system automatically detects new or unknown web applications and alerts administrators for policy decisions, including one-click SSO enablement. One-Time Password (OTP) support is also included. Reporting features include canned and custom reports covering audit trails of application access, compliance support, and software utilization data.
