Keyavi SafeSuite

SafeSuite and SafeSuite Lite are data protection products from Keyavi that apply encryption and embedded access controls to files and emails so that protection travels with the data itself, independent of the network or storage location. SafeSuite Lite is an add-in for Outlook and Gmail that allows users to encrypt emails and attachments and apply access policies from within their existing email workflow. Senders can define who, when, where, and how a file can be opened, revoke access after an email has already been sent, and view a log of access attempts. SafeSuite is a broader data protection product with desktop and web applications, an administrative portal with forensics capabilities, and automated bulk protection. It lets administrators secure files with encryption and embedded access controls, update or revoke access policies in real time after files have left the organization, track every access attempt through a forensics portal, and automate protection at scale through integration with Keyavi's Intelligent Directory. Both products are positioned around maintaining control over data after it has been shared externally, rather than relying solely on perimeter or network-based protections.
