The Darktrace Enterprise Immune System is an AI-driven network security platform developed by mathematicians from the University of Cambridge. It applies unsupervised machine learning algorithms modeled on the human immune system to detect threats across enterprise networks. The platform operates across a broad range of network environments, including physical, virtualized, cloud, IoT, and industrial control systems. By continuously learning the normal behavior of a network, it identifies anomalies and previously unknown threats without relying on predefined signatures or rules.
