Natoma MCP Gateway Description
Natoma MCP Gateway is an enterprise platform that manages Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to enable secure connections between AI agents and enterprise data sources. The platform provides a centralized gateway for deploying, scaling, and managing MCP servers across cloud, VPC, on-premises, proxy, and desktop environments. The gateway includes a catalog of verified MCP servers that are scanned, monitored, and version-controlled. Organizations can deploy these pre-built servers or generate custom MCP servers from OpenAPI specifications. The platform automatically builds MCP servers with curated tools based on provided API specs. Access control is enforced at the tool call level using OAuth 2.1, SSO, and SCIM. The system implements least-privilege policies and blocks risky actions including lateral movement, role escalation, and unauthorized delete or write operations. Token and policy management is handled by the platform. The gateway provides visibility into shadow AI by detecting unmanaged MCP servers within the organization. Administrators can bring these under management or block them. Desktop MCP auto-installation capabilities allow authorized users to run verified MCP servers locally. The platform is SOC2 certified and compliant with GDPR and CCPA regulations. It supports multiple deployment models and includes usage metrics and monitoring capabilities for enterprise organizations.
