Mindtime Backup as a Service (BaaS) is a managed backup service that copies customer data to immutable storage in Tier III data centres in the Netherlands and Germany. Scope of protected workloads: - Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts) - VMware and Hyper-V (agentless), Proxmox VE - Databases: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Oracle - NAS (Synology, QNAP), Linux servers, and Windows, macOS and Linux endpoints - Public cloud: AWS, Azure (including Entra ID) and Google Cloud Protection and operation: - Object Lock immutable storage plus an air-gapped copy, following the 3-2-1-1-0 rule - AES-256 encrypted transfer from lightweight agents or agentless snapshots - Automatic restore testing on every backup job - Granular restore (single email, file, database record, or full VM) through a self-service console - Instant VM boot in an isolated recovery environment, with a 4-hour SLA for critical workload restores - 24/7 monitoring by Mindtime, with MFA and role-based access for admin actions and malware scanning of backups - EU-only data residency; ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 audited; a Data Processing Agreement with every contract - Audit logs and documentation of tested restore procedures to support NIS2 Article 21(2)(c) and GDPR requirements For MSPs, the service offers a multi-tenant console, write-once-read-many retention, usage-based billing, and REST APIs and hooks for RMM and PSA tools.
