Mindtime

Mindtime provides backup and recovery services hosted in Dutch and German data centres, with data kept within the EU. The company states that its backups are immutable and stored on its own racks, independent of the large US cloud providers. Its offering is organised into four services on one platform: - Backup as a Service: automated backups for Microsoft 365 (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts), endpoints (laptops, mobile devices, POS systems), hypervisors (Proxmox, Hyper-V, VMware) and cloud workloads (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes). - Disaster Recovery: failover, runbooks and tested RTO and RPO targets. - NIS2 Compliance: documentation of the backup and recovery controls referenced in NIS2 Article 21, intended for auditors. - EDR / RMM Platform: a multi-tenant platform for MSPs to detect, investigate and respond across client endpoints. Mindtime serves MSPs and IT partners, small and mid-sized businesses without large IT teams, and enterprises with their own IT departments. It lists many Dutch IT service providers as partners. The company reports audits to ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 (the Dutch standard for health data) and offers personal support in Dutch, German and English. It also publishes blog articles on backup, disaster recovery and NIS2.
