Hucency Phishing Simulation

Hucency Phishing Simulation is a module of the Hucency cybersecurity awareness platform that trains employees to recognize phishing emails through simulated attack campaigns. The tool creates realistic phishing scenarios adapted to an organization's sector, usage patterns, and team maturity level. Simulated emails are deployed automatically at varied times to capture authentic employee behavior rather than anticipated reactions. Campaign difficulty, frequency, and themes are adjusted continuously using algorithms based on results from previous simulations. When an employee clicks or opens a suspicious message, the platform displays immediate educational feedback explaining what should have raised suspicion and what actions to take next time. A built-in Phishing Alert Button (BAP) integrated into the employee's email client allows one-click reporting of suspicious messages without needing to locate the correct support address. The platform provides consolidated reporting with metrics including click rate, reporting rate, data-entry rate, and progression, broken down by team and by employee profile, to help organizations track vigilance over time. A typical campaign follows four steps: scoping with the customer's team to define scenarios, targets, and schedule; automated sending of simulated emails calibrated to each employee's level and sector; immediate pedagogical feedback for users who click; and delivery of summary reports.
