Duality Platform

Duality Platform is a modular, privacy-preserving data collaboration platform that enables organizations to perform analytics, train machine learning models, and run queries on sensitive data without exposing the underlying raw data. It is built on Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs) including Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), Differential Privacy (DP), Multiparty Computation (MPC), Federated Learning (FL), and Trusted Execution Environments (TEE). The platform offers three core capabilities: **Secure Query:** Allows encrypted queries to be run against external datasets across organizational and jurisdictional boundaries without revealing the query itself or accessing raw data. **Secure Collaborative AI:** Enables training and deployment of machine learning models in encrypted environments, supporting collaboration on sensitive data and models across multiple parties. **Secure Federated Analytics:** Supports analytics on decentralized data across institutions, where each party retains control over its own data assets. An AI-powered assistant agent (Duality Assistant Agent) orchestrates these three capabilities, helping users explore data, plan studies, extract insights, and generate reports. Additional platform capabilities include: - Data management tools for schema mapping, transformation, normalization, and fuzzy matching - Data protection throughout the full data lifecycle using PETs - Collaboration governance with fine-grained access controls, auditability, and policy-based management - End-to-end support for the data science lifecycle, from ingestion through analysis The platform targets use cases in financial services, healthcare, government, and marketing.
