Rubycat

Rubycat is a French software publisher founded in 2014 in Rennes, specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM). The company develops PROVE IT, an administration bastion solution that allows IT teams to control, trace and record actions performed by privileged accounts on information systems, including internal administrators, service providers, managed service providers and subcontractors. PROVE IT enables organizations to control access for IT administrators and third parties, record and trace administration sessions to support compliance requirements such as NIS 2 and GDPR, apply the principle of least privilege, and supervise sensitive connections on infrastructure in real time. The solution has held the CSPN Security Visa issued by ANSSI (French National Cybersecurity Agency) since 2018, renewed in 2023, and Rubycat states it is currently the only PAM solution holding a valid CSPN certification. The company also holds the Cybersecurity Made in Europe label from ECSO and the France Cybersecurity label. Rubycat targets IT teams in public and private sector organizations, including SMEs and mid-sized companies with limited dedicated security resources. The company reports over 400 clients, more than 40 partners, and over 30 employees, and works with a network of integrator partners across France and Europe. PROVE IT is offered as a perpetual license or subscription over 1, 3 or 5 years.
