Token Security NHI Automation & Remediation is a platform designed to automate the remediation of Non-Human Identities (NHIs) through automated workflows and AI-generated guidance. The product addresses security risks associated with machine identities by automatically routing alerts with prescriptive instructions to responsible stakeholders. The platform identifies Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) artifacts involved in identity provisioning and uses AI to generate remediation steps mapped to Terraform, CloudFormation, and other IaC formats. This capability aims to reduce manual work and accelerate mean time to remediation (MTTR). The solution integrates with SOAR and Cloud Automation platforms to trigger predefined remediation workflows when risk thresholds are exceeded. It provides automatic secret rotation capabilities and proactive enforcement mechanisms. Token Security includes an AI agent and MCP Server that enable natural language querying across NHI inventory, security posture, lifecycle management, secrets, and threat detection data. Users can ask questions about identity risks, ownership, permissions, authentication methods, and receive context-aware remediation guidance including scripts and CLI commands. The platform supports querying across multiple cloud environments and provides visibility into service accounts, workload consumption, secret rotation status, and risk prioritization for non-human identities.
