Meeco Wallet is a white-label digital wallet available as a cloud-hosted or mobile application, enabling users to store, manage, and share verifiable credentials (VCs) and digital assets. Each user is assigned a decentralised identifier (DID) that allows interaction with third parties without exposing personally identifiable information (PII), keeping identity private. The wallet supports the OpenID for Verifiable Credential Issuance (OIDC4VCI) specification for credential issuance and the OpenID Connect for Verifiable Presentations (OIDC4VP) specification for credential verification. These specifications enable interoperability between user systems and ensure each party can operate independently. The wallet provides full support for W3C-compliant DIDs. It can be deployed independently of blockchain or ledger technology, and has been demonstrated to work with multiple distributed ledger networks including Hedera Hashgraph, Hyperledger Fabric, Hyperledger Indy (SOVRIN), Ethereum, R3 Corda, and Bitcoin. Key use cases include holding education and healthcare certificates, managing NFTs and carbon tokens, creating secure connections with credential issuers and verifiers, and responding to credential verification requests. The mobile app is available on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and can be used in conjunction with Meeco's Secure Value Exchange platform.
