Futurex CryptoHub

Futurex CryptoHub is an enterprise cryptographic key management platform that centralizes the lifecycle management of encryption keys across cloud and on-premises environments. The solution manages keys through a hierarchical structure consisting of major keys (Platform Master Key and Backup Major Key), Key Encryption Keys (KEKs), and working keys (data encryption, MAC, and signing keys). Each level of the hierarchy protects the keys beneath it, enforcing separation between security domains. Core lifecycle operations include key generation, secure storage, distribution, rotation, and usage auditing. Key management policies can be configured and enforced across the platform, and key operations are integrated with hardware security modules (HSMs) to protect keys from unauthorized extraction. The platform supports deployment across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, as well as hybrid and on-premises environments. It is designed to avoid disruption to legacy systems during cloud migrations. Compliance coverage includes PCI HSM v3.0, FIPS 140-2 Level 3, eIDAS, GDPR, HIPAA, HITECH, PCI-DSS, PCI-PIN, LGPD, and STIR/SHAKEN for telecommunications. The platform also supports post-quantum cryptography (PQC) algorithms, with PCI HSM-validated PQC support. Industry use cases addressed include financial services, government and defense, healthcare, telecommunications, and utilities/smart grids. The solution automates compliance workflows and provides audit logging for key usage to support regulatory requirements.
