Filancore

filancore is a cybersecurity company specializing in decentralized identity management and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). Their primary product, filancore Sentinel, is a platform designed to discover, manage, and monitor decentralized identities and digital certificates across an organization's infrastructure. The company's focus areas include decentralized identifiers (DIDs) and the broader self-sovereign identity (SSI) ecosystem. filancore Sentinel supports multiple DID methods, including did:key, did:jwk, did:web, and ledger-based DID methods, providing organizations with tools to resolve, manage, and oversee decentralized identity documents (DID documents) across their environments. Beyond decentralized identities, the company also addresses traditional PKI concerns such as certificate lifecycle management and over-the-air (OTA) update security for connected devices. Their content indicates an audience that includes organizations operating IoT or connected device fleets, as well as enterprises adopting decentralized identity frameworks for authentication and authorization purposes. filancore publishes technical educational content covering DID specifications, trust models, verifiable credentials, and cryptographic key material management, suggesting the company targets technically sophisticated security and identity teams. Their approach emphasizes standards compliance with W3C DID specifications and integration with existing identity infrastructure.
